Surrey Therapy Rooms – T&C’s
1. Bookings & Payment
We require full payment upon booking, this will secure the therapy studio space. All prices listed on the website include VAT at 20%.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling & Refunds
Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If some unforeseen circumstance arises and we cannot let you use the therapy rooms we will offer you a full refund. If you wish to change the date of your booking we require a minimum of 7 days notice,
3. Therapy Room Use, Conduct & Parking
Clients agree to arrive on time (ideally 10-15 minutes early) and conduct themselves professionally. There is space for up to 6 cars to park for free outside the therapy rooms. Sessions that overrun may incur additional charges and may be stopped if they impact other bookings. Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated towards our staff. Behaviour, whether in person or online, that may reasonably be considered to damage the reputation of the company or our therapy rooms will not be tolerated and may result in corrective action, including termination of services. If at any time our staff feel threatened or believe that equipment or property may be at risk, the session will be terminated immediately. In such circumstances, our standard cancellation policy will apply, and no refund or media content will be issued.
4. Equipment & Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to therapy room equipment or property. Surrey Therapy Rooms is not liable for loss of data caused by factors outside reasonable control.
5. Filming/Photography & Property
Filming/photography is limited to the therapy room areas only. Recording or photographing personal property or non-studio areas is not permitted without prior consent from the owners.
6. Health, Safety & Children
Children are permitted on the premises only with prior approval and must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. All clients agree to follow all health and safety guidance while on the premises.
7. Disputes & Communication
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication (e.g. Phone) before taking further action, all communications will then be recorded digitally.
8. Acceptance
By booking with Surrey Therapy Studio, you and your clients confirm they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
